Gthreads would like you to be happy with the purchases that you make.

As a consumer, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. 

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.

All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.

Modification on your order must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Face mask, underwear, and earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Gift cards can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition. Including tags, boxes, casing, etc. 

We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.

Final Sale items can not be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.

Contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to help & walk you through the process.

Once you have placed your order and it has been processed then you will received a shipping confirmation email that includes a link to track your package.

If you already have your tracking number you can check your order status here.

If you ordered multiple items and any of the items are out of stock, then we will notify you before we ship the order. If you ordered one item and that item is out of stock, then we will cancel that order.

This varies depending on where you are, how much you order is, and how fast you want it delivered.

To calculate your shipping cost, simply place the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart and click the "Checkout" button. Enter your shipping address as prompted, then click "Continue." The following page will display the different shipping options, pricing and estimated arrival dates. At that time, you can choose to complete the order or back out of the checkout process and adjust your order.

International customers may be subject to additional charges once the package arrives. Gthreadz is not responsible for any customs, duty, or VAT charges you incur for importing our products.

All orders placed will not be processed for a maximum of 24 hours to try and illiviate any changes you would like to make after your purchase.

So if you'd like to make a change to your order, then we'll do everything we can to make that happen.

But we highly recommend getting in contact with us as soon as possible within the 24 hours after the purchase. 

If an order has been packed or shipped, then we will not be able to modify your order and we will not be able to reroute the package.

You can contact your local post office and they may be able to route the package to you when it arrives in their office.

On every product page, you'll see a size chart next to the size options. Simply follow the instructions and find your perfect size.

Your threads should last a long time with a little love and tender care.

Always, the first thing to do is turn them inside out.

Machine washing is totally fine but try to make sure it's a cold wash and gentle cycle.

It's highly recommended to air dry your threads. There could be some minor shrinkage after washing, which is standard cotton 101.

Variances in sizing are impossible to avoid during production.

The measurements provided in our size charts are just an indicator of sizing, so please allow for variations of 1-2 centimetres.
